Publication: MSP play a key role in improving human rights standards and in protecting labor rights
White Paper by the Geneva Center for Business & Human Rights
A recently published white paper by the Geneva Center for Business & Human rights cites MSP as a key tool to improve and protect human rights standards along global supply chains. Indeed, the collaborative form helps ensure that mandatory human rights due diligence obligations are properly communicated, defined and also implemented between governments and supranational entities and companies. Therefore, based on the fulfillment of different requirements for MSP listed in the publication, they should be considered a reliable resource for governments and policy makers.
