Event: The Collective Leadership Institute offers the course “The Art of Stakeholder Collaboration”
The Collective Leadership Institute (CLI) online course will take place from 9.00 – 16.00 CET over four days, June 30 and July 1, 4 and 5.
The paid English-language course is part of the CLI’s Collective Leadership Specialist Programme. It is the second module in this series. An overview of all the dates in the programme this year can be found on the CLI website and in this flyer.
This course focuses on strategic abilities and implementation skills in stakeholder engagement, dialogue, and collaboration processes for high impact solutions. The content is based on the CLI’s Dialogic Change Model. Topics include the business case for co-creative stakeholder engagement, the emergence of collective intelligence, commitment and ownership among stakeholders, creating stakeholder network maps and developing engagement strategies.
