Event: The Collective Leadership Institute offers the course “The Art of Leading Collectively”.
The in-person course by the Collective Leadership Institute (CLI) will take place from 9.00 – 16.00 CET over three days, Nov. 16, 17 and 18, at the Berlin Global Village at Sudhaus.
The fee-based, English-language course is part of the CLI’s “Collective Leadership Specialist Program”. In this series, the course constitutes the fundamental first module. An overview of all dates in the program this year can be found on the CLI website and in this flyer.
This course is designed for experienced trainers and facilitators, as well as graduates of other CLI courses, who want to implement more result-oriented and constructive co-creation in everyday life for themselves, in teams, in organizations, and in change initiatives with various stakeholders. It equips engaged decision-makers in the public and private sectors, as well as in civil society organizations, with a tool for better co-creation. The dimensions of collective leadership can be learned and improved – individually and collectively. Registration and an overview are accessible here.
More information about the CLI program will be available at a free two-hour information session on September 1 from 15.00 – 17.00 CET. Registration for this is possible here.
