The online course by the Collective Leadership Institute (CLI) will be held from 9.00 – 16.00 CET over four days, Oct. 17, 18, 24 and 25.  

The fee-based, English-language course is part of the CLI’s “Collective Leadership Specialist Program”. In this series, it constitutes the second fundamental module. An overview of all dates in the program this year can be found on the CLI website and in this flyer.  

This course is designed for experienced trainers and facilitators, as well as graduates of other CLI courses, who want to enhance their strategic and implementation skills in the areas of stakeholder engagement, dialogue, and collaborative processes for impactful solutions.  At the end of this training, graduates will be able to successfully initiate and implement Stakeholder Collaboration.
